Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on the Business plan with every available module switched on, and no card up front. At the end you choose the plan that fits, or stop.
How is the price worked out?
Each plan has a price that covers a number of people, you included. Everyone beyond that adds the plan's extra-person price. Use the box above to see what each plan costs for your team; the cheapest is marked.
What happens when I add someone?
The invitation always goes out. Before you send it, AfriBMS tells you what it adds to your next payment. On a yearly plan, people added part-way through the year are paid for at the monthly extra-person price for the months that are left, as a top-up on your billing page.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
By mobile money or bank transfer, in your company's own currency. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in shillings or kwacha at today's rate, rounded to a clean number, and the price on the checkout page is the price you pay.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. You can pick another plan or stop at any time from your billing page. A new plan starts when the period you have already paid for ends, so no paid time is lost.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Any tax that applies in your country is shown separately on your receipt.
What does “coming soon” mean on a module?
The module is designed and being built, but is not switched on yet. When it ships it appears in your account on every plan, with nothing more to pay.
Is a year cheaper than paying monthly?
Yes. Paying for a year up front costs 2 months less than twelve monthly payments, on every plan and for extra people too.
