What it does
Check in with one tap
Pick the customer from your invoicing list or type where you are, add a note or a photo of the shop front, and tap check in. A visit made with no signal is sent when the phone is back online, with the time it really happened.
One reading, never a trail
The phone reads its location once, on the check-in tap, and only if the person allows it. Nothing is read between check-in and check-out, and a visit without a location is still recorded.
The day, visit by visit
Everyone sees their own visits for the day. Managers see the whole team's, one person at a time or all together, with how long each visit lasted.

Questions about Client visits
Is it available now?
Yes. On the Business and Enterprise plans, switch Client visits on under Settings, then Modules, and it is in your account straight away.
Will it cost extra?
No. Client visits are part of the Business and Enterprise plans at the prices published today.
Does it track where my staff go?
No. The location is read once, when someone taps check in, and never in between. Nothing is deducted or flagged automatically: a visit is a record, not a penalty.
