What it does
Upload the month's PDFs
Whoever runs payroll uploads each person's payslip as the PDF your payroll software or accountant already produces. A corrected payslip replaces the old one.
Opened on the phone
The employee gets a notification that their payslip is ready, opens it in the app and saves or shares it when a bank or landlord asks for one.
Private by default
Each person sees only their own payslips. Only the owner can upload or see everyone's until they choose to give that to a role, and notifications never mention an amount.

- Companies that still print payslips and hand them out in envelopes.
- Staff who need last month's payslip for a loan or a lease and have to ask the office for a copy.

Questions about Payslips
Is it available now?
Yes. On the Business and Enterprise plans, switch Payslips on under Settings, then Modules, and it is in your account straight away.
Does AfriBMS calculate salaries?
No. Payslips holds the documents your payroll already produces; it does not calculate pay, tax or deductions.
Will it cost extra?
No. Payslips is part of the Business and Enterprise plans at the prices published today.
