What it does
Write, then publish
Draft an announcement, keep it until it is ready, then publish it. Publishing sends a push notification to every member's registered devices.
Pin what matters
Pinned notices stay at the top of everyone's list until you unpin them, so the holiday schedule or a policy change does not scroll away.
Read receipts
Each member marks a notice as read from the app. Publishers see how many of the team have read it, so a follow-up goes only to the people who have not.

Can staff reply to a notice?
No. Notices are one-way by design. Questions and problems go through findings, which have a conversation thread.
Does everyone need the app?
Notices are also visible in the web app. Push notifications need the phone app with notifications allowed.
