What it does
Your country's leave types to start with
Switch Leave on and the types are ready: annual, sick, maternity, paternity and the rest, with your country's minimum allowances. Change any of them to match your contracts.
Balances people can see
Everyone sees how many days they have left this year. Days already asked for are held, so two requests can never spend the same days, and a joiner's first year is pro-rated.
Decided in a tap
A request reaches the people who approve leave on their phone. Nobody approves their own, a rejection says why, and the requester hears straight away.
Leave is not absence
Approved leave shows on the attendance board, the month report and the calendar as leave, and never counts against anyone's attendance rate.

Questions about Leave
We work with consultants. Can we turn leave off?
Yes. Leave is off until you switch it on, and once on, only the roles you choose can request it.
Can someone ask for more days than they have?
No. A manager can add days with a written reason for an exception, which keeps the record honest.
