What it does
Thanks in a line
Pick a colleague, write a line about what they did, and tag it teamwork, customer, initiative or thanks. They hear about it on their phone straight away.
One feed for the whole team
Every thank-you lands in a feed the whole company can read, newest first, so good work is seen beyond the two people involved.
Birthdays only with consent
A birthday shows only for people who chose to show it, and only as a name on the day. If the company turns on the morning birthday push, the team also gets a push that morning naming whose birthday it is. The date and the year stay on their profile.
Work anniversaries
The day someone has been with you a year, or five, the team sees it and how many years it has been.

Questions about Kudos and celebrations
Is it available now?
Yes. On the Business and Enterprise plans, switch Kudos and celebrations on under Settings, then Modules, and they are in your account straight away.
Will it cost extra?
No. Kudos and celebrations are part of the Business and Enterprise plans at the prices published today.
Does the whole team get told about birthdays?
Only if the company turns on the morning birthday push. Then, on the day, the rest of the team gets one push in the morning naming whose birthday it is. It names only people who chose to show their birthday, and staff are told this when they choose.
Can someone remove a message that should not be there?
Yes. Whoever wrote it can take it down, and so can the roles you allow to moderate. The activity log keeps a record of what was removed and by whom.
