What it does
Suppliers in one list
Add the landlord, the stockist and the power company once, with a phone number, a mobile money number and a TIN. Each supplier shows what you owe them and what you have paid them this year. The boda rider or the market stall can go in as a name on the bill.
Bills, paid in full or in parts
Record a bill with its due date and a photo or PDF of it, then record each payment as you make it. A bill paid in two parts shows what is left, and one you have already recorded is flagged before you enter it twice.
Spending by category
Rent, stock, transport, airtime, electricity, repairs and more come ready to use, and you can add your own. Salaries are private from the start: only the owner and the people you choose see those bills.
A month of money in and out
One page shows the money that came in and went out this month, with the payments from customers on one side and your bills, expense claims and petty-cash spends on the other. It is not your profit, and it says so on the page.

Is it available now?
Yes. Switch Bills on under Settings, then Modules, and suppliers, bills and the Money page are in your account straight away.
Will it cost extra?
No. Bills is part of every plan at the prices published today.
Who can see the money page?
The owner, and anyone the owner chooses. Salary bills show to everyone else only as one total, never line by line.
Start using Bills with your team
Create your company, invite your staff and switch it on in Settings, under Modules. Your team uses it from the AfriBMS app on their phones.
